Due to growing demand for our Infrastructure Digital services, we are seeking to recruit a SharePoint Architect to support the delivery of our client-focused services. We are looking for a commercially and technically minded systems architect with a track record of delivering successful client projects, and a strong expertise of Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate & O365.
This delivery-based role requires proven experience in developing systems architecture strategies, solutions, plans, designs, specifications, and frameworks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise across a broad range of systems and technologies, with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 systems architecture and capabilities with knowledge in Cyber Security.
The successful candidate will possess strong consulting skills, the ability to manage relationships, and provide technical guidance across multi-disciplinary client-facing teams.
The Role
- SharePoint Architect: Have a proven background in system architecture, with extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems environments, including Microsoft 365.
- Solution Development: Design, develop, and deliver solutions in collaboration with clients and other business units to drive document and knowledge management, process automation, security compliance, and data-driven reporting and insights.
- Domain knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, with strong SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Power BI environment design and development skills.
- AI: You will understand the capabilities of Copilot and can leverage this capability within a client environment.
- Client Engagement: Lead client engagements, interfacing with clients and technical teams at all levels.
- Documentation: Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional requirements and systems architecture plans and approaches.
- Assessment and Solutions: Assess client environments and provide solutions, strategies, and advice to address issues.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development activities and proposal writing.
- Collaboration: Provide support and collaboration in multidisciplinary delivery environments.
- Communication: Produce high-quality communications, documentation, and presentations.
- Innovation and Growth: Be a champion for innovation and growth, actively mentoring and demonstrating an inclusive culture.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of T&Ts documentation and processes, translating knowledge and experience into new ideas or solutions.
