What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead commercial management activities across the project lifecycle.
- Manage contracts and procurement processes, especially within NEC frameworks.
- Oversee post-contract activities: payment approvals, change management, and cost control.
- Engage directly with clients and contractors to ensure transparency and collaboration.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and drive commercial performance.
- Provide data-led insights to support informed, strategic decision-making.
- Prepare estimates from early-stage forecasts to detailed cost plans.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven expertise in quantity surveying, procurement, and/or estimating, ideally on large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Degree-qualified, with chartered status (MRICS) or actively working towards it.
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and infrastructure cost management.
- A collaborative, proactive approach — we value clear communicators and adaptable thinkers.
- Ability to balance site travel with flexible, balanced working.
