Job Description Due to our continued success in the Water and Resilience sectors we are looking to increase our team of Commercial, Senior and Cost Management Professionals to work with clients across the Southwest and Wessex Regions along with opportunities in the North West.
The Water and resilience sectors are one of the most exciting markets at the moment with unprecedented levels of investment and we are looking for candidates who can make the difference in this arena, bringing together a solid mix of commercial acumen, NEC contract and Civil engineering experience to deliver a better infrastructure backbone serving the UK.
You will be within our UK Infrastructure business working with a variety of clients on projects and initiatives, your ability and willingness to travel is important, we operate a flexible working policy, however a number of days in the client office and our own should be expected.
Excellent communication Contract Management (NEC3, Option A, C & E preferred)Cost Management Change management and control Valuation Risk Management Procurement Estimating Pricing Reporting Collaborative approach and best-for-project attitude Sharing best practice People management Commission management Identifying and driving efficiencies and improvements through the project life cycle Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management and value engineering.
