We are seeking to recruit enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals who have hands-on change management experience and are passionate about delivering tangible results for clients. Change and transformation is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team. We work across the entire lifecycle, conducting diagnostic reviews, designing operating models, delivering transformation programmes, and managing business change activity to embed new ways of working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading change and transformation workstreams, providing guidance and direction to team members and client staff
- Leading the delivery of key client deliverables (e.g., change strategies, communication & engagement plans, presentations, and reports)
- Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations
- Managing client relationships
- Identifying and realising business development opportunities
- Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids
- Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of transformation products and methodologies
- Mentoring junior members of the Programme Advisory team
- Line managing junior staff (where applicable)
Qualifications:
- Experience in multiple capabilities at an Expert level
- Ideally experience working in a consulting environment or demonstrate a consulting skillset
- A proven track record of delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects
- Experience of programme and project management within a complex change environment
- Experience in Operating Model design and implementation
- Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations
- Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops
- Experience of managing the production of high-quality change and transformation deliverables
- Experience of leading solution development for a change and transformation project
- Experience in organisational design and development
- Experience developing client relationships and new business opportunities
- Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci)
- Experience in sectors: infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate
