Job Description

The 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides a learning environment to help you become a well‑rounded consultant and launch your career by building internal networks, deepening industry knowledge and developing technical and commercial competencies.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist clients in making informed decisions and managing risk within a fast‑paced environment across sectors such as infrastructure, central & local government, health & education, energy and natural resources, commercial development, data centres, life sciences and defence.
  • Work with HIVE applications and tools to support cost efficiency and reduce carbon impact across projects.
  • Possibly complete a 6‑month secondment with the CM Digital Team in a hybrid position (subject to internal review).
