Our 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) provides a learning environment to help you become a well‑rounded consultant and launch your career. From day one you will build internal networks, deepen industry knowledge and receive a structured development plan that introduces you to the technical and commercial competencies essential for success at Turner & Townsend.
The programme supports the journey to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) via the Building Surveying pathway. You will spend two years immersed within our building surveying teams, gaining hands‑on experience across a wide range of disciplines, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, development monitoring, and project management. Opportunities for international work across Europe may also arise.
