We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and proactive individuals to join our Programme Integration team, within Programme Advisory. Our growing team needs people with hands-on experience working in a major project environment. Programme Integration is at the heart of the Programme Advisory Team, working across the entire development lifecycle providing a range of services to our clients including:

  • Programme and portfolio set up and delivery
  • Transition management
  • Governance and assurance solutions
  • Consents, stakeholder and sponsorship management

As part of the Programme Integration team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working as part of an integrated project team to ensure the delivery of key client deliverables
  • Designing and facilitating client workshops and presentations
  • Managing client relationships
  • Identifying and realising business development opportunities
  • Contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals
  • Supporting internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team
  • Mentoring and/or managing members of the Programme Advisory team
  • Providing strategic consultancy services to clients on logistics and supply chain management
  • Supporting the development and implementation of innovative logistics strategies
  • Advising clients on best practices in logistics operations
  • Conducting thorough analyses of clients' logistics processes
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and implement customised logistics solutions
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in logistics operations
  • Supporting the development of an integrated 'best in class' Construction / Logistics Delivery Planning service offer
