Overview
As an experienced Planner, you will drive robust project schedules for a major CCS project in Aberdeen, ensuring alignment of time, cost, risk, change and scope. You will work with cross-functional teams to maintain WBS, update schedules, and produce reports that support management decisions. Your role sits at the heart of Integrated Project Controls, coordinating cost and schedule data to monitor progress and performance. You will mentor planning personnel and contribute to the project’s delivery within a supportive, client-focused environment. Responsibilities
- Create, develop and maintain project schedules aligned with client requirements
- Establish and administer Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and coding structures
- Develop project status reports on progress and costs
- Implement Integrated Project Controls standards and processes
- Analyze schedule progress, variances, float, critical path and constraints
- Integrate cost and schedule information for coherent project control
- Monitor and report on project KPIs across multiple projects
- Prepare weekly/monthly project controls reports
- Lead and mentor planning personnel within the team
Key requirements
- Professional Project Controls experience with Planning & Scheduling across project lifecycles
- Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 (or MSP) and other planning/resourcing software
- Excellent verbal and written communication; leadership behaviours
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
