We are seeking out candidates to work on iconic commissions for a range of our key clients, all offering exciting career development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of performance and quality, applying strong analytical and problem‑solving skills while delivering reliable, client‑focused outputs.
- Plan and execute work effectively, identifying opportunities to add value and knowing when to act independently or escalate for support.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues and clients, contributing to team discussions, building strong working relationships and maintaining a professional, respectful approach.
- Communicate clearly and constructively, supporting productive ways of working and addressing challenges professionally.
- Administer and manage contracts confidently, ensuring accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, change management, and control of variances and cashflow.
- Work closely with client and contractor teams to deliver on KPIs, programme performance, cost control and value engineering, ensuring projects remain within governance and best practice.
- Provide sound commercial leadership, driving improvements in forecast accuracy, offering clear commercial advice, and ensuring the timely agreement of final accounts.
- Contribute to internal excellence, including capturing lessons learned, supporting knowledge management and recommending improvements to internal systems and processes.
Qualifications
- Degree or HNC level qualification
- NEC3/4 or FIDIC experience
- Cost / commercial management experience on Energy (nuclear, renewables, transmission & distribution, oil & gas, low carbon) or Infrastructure (water / utilities / rail / roads/ aviation) projects
- Experience of working on major programmes or project portfolios
- Professional Chartership (preferable)
