At Turner, we manage the delivery of complex real estate projects, ensuring that client objectives are met and that projects are delivered to time and cost targets and the appropriate quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key, day-to-day client interface.
  • Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, including providing advice on different approaches to achieve the client’s overall objectives.
  • Establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
  • Plan for and manage ongoing quality, safety, health and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
  • Ensure the production of the detailed project plan.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance.
  • Manage the change control process.
  • Monitor and advise upon project finances.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.

Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified in relevant construction, real estate or project management discipline.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally as required.
  • Excellent communication skills, in person and written.
  • Professional membership desirable, such as RICS, PMI, or CIOB.
