We are seeking to recruit a Senior Consultant with a strong passion for Change & Transformation to join our expanding Programme Advisory division. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering change and transformation programmes, bringing hands-on delivery experience, strong consulting skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.

Our Programme Advisory division specialises in the strategy, set-up and transformation of major programme organisations across the public and private sectors and has grown significantly since its creation in 2018, building a strong track record of delivering complex transformations in the UK and internationally.

As a Senior Consultant your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop and deliver business change strategies, engagement plans and high quality client deliverables
  • Lead or support activities such as stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, complexity assessments and readiness reviews
  • Design, facilitate and run client workshops and presentations
  • Manage delivery plans, risks, issues, and reporting to ensure successful commission outcomes
  • Build and develop strong relationships with key client stakeholders
  • Contribute towards the preparation of bid proposals
  • Support internal activities within the Programme Advisory team such as the development of transformation products and methodologies or improving our internal ways of working

Qualifications:

We would expect experience in one or more capabilities listed below at a Practitioner level:

  • Ideally experience working in a consulting environment or be able to demonstrate a consulting skillset
  • A proven track record of delivering tangible results on change and transformation projects through the application of business change methodologies
  • Experience of programme and project management within a complex change environment with multiple workstreams
  • Experience in Operating Model design and implementation
  • Experience of managing stakeholders within large and complex organisations
  • Experience of designing and facilitating client workshops
  • Experience of managing the production of high-quality change and transformation deliverables within challenging timescales
  • Experience of leading solution development for a change and transformation project
  • Experience in organisational design and development
  • Experience developing client relationships and developing new business opportunities
  • Change management and transformation qualifications are favourable (e.g., MSP, APMG Change Management, Prosci)
  • Experience in some/all the following sectors: infrastructure, rail, utilities, healthcare, defence, natural resources, and real estate

Additional Information:
