Within the Real Estate Programme Services division at Turner & Townsend, the Real Estate Advisory team comprises experts in workplace consulting, change management, corporate real estate, and facilities management. We deliver some of the world’s largest programmes and projects for a market‑leading client base across both the public and private sectors. We are seeking a resourceful and personable Stakeholder Manager to join our dynamic and fast‑growing team. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for guiding organisations through complex transformations, and who thrives in both public and private sector environments. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients through their workplace transformation journeys, embedding yourself within their organisations to deliver meaningful and sustainable change. Your ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and translate technical impacts into strategic insights will be key to your success.
Essential Functions- Stakeholder Mapping: Working with organisations to identify key stakeholders for a project and assess the stakeholder’s position, e.g., support for the change and influence.
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a partner throughout the transformation journey.
- Lead Change Delivery: Drive stakeholder engagement and change management initiatives across complex transformation projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and project timelines.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work effectively within a matrixed environment, collaborating across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions.
- Client Engagement & Insight Generation: Conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and analyse surveys to generate actionable insights. Present findings in a clear, compelling manner to senior stakeholders.
- Strategy & Planning: Design and implement tailored change management strategies, communication plans, and stakeholder engagement approaches that support successful project delivery.
- Project & Resource Management: Manage workplace change and stakeholder engagement activities, including planning, resource coordination, progress tracking, and invoicing to meet delivery and financial objectives.
- Communication & Reporting: Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams, providing clear updates, reports, and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
- Impact Translation: Translate technical, construction, or electrical project impacts into strategic insights that are easily understood by executive audiences.
- Business Development Support: Contribute to bid proposals, identify new opportunities for workplace change and stakeholder engagement support opportunities with our clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders.
- Confident presentation skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong understanding of construction project management methodologies and how change management and stakeholder engagement activities integrate within project lifecycles.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from both the front and behind, adapting your approach to support team and project needs.
- Experience working in or with both public and private sector organisations.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building trust and delivering value.
- High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
- Passionate and energetic.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering workplace change and transformation projects.
- At least 4 years of professional experience following completion of an undergraduate degree.
- Proven track record of achieving tangible outcomes through the application of business change methodologies.
- Experience managing programmes and projects within a change or transformation environment.
- Skilled in engaging and influencing stakeholders within complex and dynamic organisational settings.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality change and transformation deliverables under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience developing insights to inform change strategies and solutions.
- Formal qualifications in change management or transformation are advantageous.
- PROSCI Change Management Certification is preferred but not essential.
- Experience in the construction/infrastructure sectors.
