Our cost management team in Glasgow is undergoing a period of growth, and we are seeking to expand our current capability. This presents opportunities for aspiring and current Cost Managers to join an innovative and dynamic team working on industry-leading Energy projects. We are keen to support those looking to progress their career both personally and professionally.
We support hybrid working and are open to part‑time candidates.
Job Objectives- Administer a variety of contracts in accordance with project objectives and policies.
- Provide accurate project cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting to completion in line with budget.
- Pro‑actively monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow, ensuring that applications are made correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with client and contractor teams to manage the delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering.
- Manage contract changes effectively, ensuring that projects remain within governance and adopt best practice.
- Drive improvements in the accuracy of forecasts and budget.
- Experience of working within the renewables sector, hydrogen, carbon capture.
- Degree or HNC level qualification.
- Knowledge of NEC 3 / 4.
- SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.
