Turner is delivering to client objectives through contract management, leadership and teamwork, financial management and project controls, as well as health, safety, quality and environmental management.
Significant experience of administering NEC3 and NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contracts is required, where you are currently engaged in a named ECC Project Manager role, or have concluded a representative role in the last 12 months.
Excellent leadership skills are essential, capable of developing teams and leading others in challenging environments or through ambiguities.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills are necessary, being comfortable working with a diverse range of personalities across clients and partner organisations, and able to build long-term trusted advisor relationships with our clients.
Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills with an ability to quickly understand complex problems and shape these into workable solutions for delivery are important.
Drive and commitment to achieving solutions, including the ability to work under pressure and motivate others, is crucial.
Strong commercial, forecasting and budgeting experience is required.
Planning, communication and organisational skills, including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously and communicate effectively with senior client representatives, are necessary.
A creative, curious and growth mindset is beneficial.

- Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts
- Experience of managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects
- Experience of consultancy or client-side project management
- Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure
Qualifications:
- NEC3 or NEC4 Accredited Project Manager is essential
- Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience
- Professional affiliation, qualification or near-qualified status with the APM, RICS, ICE, or similar professional institution
