We are seeking a Cost Manager to join our Real Estate Fit Out team, supporting major programmes in London and the surrounding area. This role offers the opportunity to work on high‑profile terminal refurbishments, passenger experience upgrades, back‑of‑house fit outs, and complex operational infrastructure within live airport environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cost management delivery across fit‑out packages within large aviation estates.
  • Manage cost planning, estimating, budget control and reporting throughout project lifecycle.
  • Oversee procurement strategy, tender documentation, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
  • Provide cost advice to clients, design teams, and operational leads within live airports.
  • Manage change control, risk, value engineering, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and programme controls requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to wider team development.

Qualifications

  • Experience in delivering high quality cost management / quantity surveying services on Cat A and Cat B fit out projects for corporate clients.
  • Advanced utilization and application of Microsoft Excel for the creation of cost models.
  • Utilising digital software for delivery of cost management services.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • Working towards a professional qualification (RICS or similar).
  • Degree or HNC level qualification.
  • Experience in Aviation is desirable.
