The predicted salary is between 55000 - 65000 € per year.
Working alongside project delivery teams as part of our wider Performance & Reporting management team or independently with reach back support to experienced performance reporting professionals, responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Driving implementation & continuous improvement in performance reporting (and interfacing project controls) processes to create efficiency and increasing benefits to our clients.
- Developing performance and reporting management plans for our clients based on project requirements, maturity and best practice.
- Driving the implementation, embedding and roll-out of any identified changes to reporting processes.
- Promoting the benefits and requirements of performance reporting within the project and programme team.
- Appropriately selecting, implementing, administering, and maintaining reporting systems and procedures.
- Lead implementation and change controlling reporting hierarchies and approaches.
- Lead the definition of KPIs and performance measures dictionary.
- Leading teams of project controls / reporting professionals to deliver effective, consistent, assured and value adding performance information to our clients across diverse and complex programmes.
- Present / provide performance recovery recommendations to relevant stakeholders and senior management to support effective decision making.
- Training and coaching clients and less experienced team members on performance and reporting management processes and practices.
- Undertaking line management activities including career development and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in undertaking reporting activities on infrastructure related projects (E.g. Engineering / Defence / Utilities / Energy).
- Experience supporting the configuration and setup of project reporting systems.
- Obtained a project controls related qualification (E.g. PMQ / Project Planning & Controls / EVM / Risk Management).
- Experience in using data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI / Tableau / QlikView).
- Experience in leading diverse teams.
- Desired – Familiarity of Project Controls software (Primavera P6, Active Risk Manager, Ecosys etc).
