You will work on some of the most exciting projects in the world, involving large hotel conversions, superb residential projects, and high profile mixed use projects. You will work with leading property developer clients who invest in the capital. This opportunity is open to Associate Directors who have the skills and experience to work and deliver some of London’s most interesting and complex schemes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • Producing project plans and managing teams where applicable
  • Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators
  • Tracking and documenting changes
  • Preparing formal project progress and other reports
  • Liaising with the client, contractors and designers
  • Attending meetings and drafting minutes

Experience with working on projects of £20m++ is required. Ideally, you should be professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.
