We are currently seeking enthusiastic and energetic Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our infrastructure cost management team, supporting our growth and making a difference in UK infrastructure projects.

You will be a Senior Cost Manager working on water/utilities projects in the Peterborough area.

Job Objectives:

• Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and project parties.
• Administer contracts according to project policies.
• Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage cost variance and contract cash flow proactively.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver project KPIs, including cost control and value engineering.
• Manage contract changes effectively, ensuring governance and best practices.
• Improve forecast and budget accuracy.
• Provide commercial support to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and finalize accounts.
• Lead teams and commissions as needed.

Preferred experience includes:

• Contract Management (NEC3, Option C preferred)
• Cost and change management
• Procurement and reporting
• Collaborative approach and efficiency improvements
• Knowledge of technical construction matters
• Degree in a relevant subject and professional membership or progression towards it
