We are seeking a commercially astute Project Director with health project experience to join our Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the New Hospital Programme and develop a successful career within our Health Division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead delivery of the New Hospital Programme across various functions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
- Plan and secure resources for the programme using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Lead and manage the programme team, delegating tasks with clear roles and responsibilities.
- Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the programme remains on track, delivering on time and within budget, following relevant project management standards.
- Maintain effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on programme progress using appropriate metrics.
- Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme with evidence-based methods.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
- Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (internationally recognized).
- Degree qualification, preferably in a related field.
- Experience in health projects and/or major infrastructure programmes.
- Commercially astute with experience of NEC contracts.
