We are seeking a commercially astute Project Director with health project experience to join our Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to lead the New Hospital Programme and develop a successful career within our Health Division.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead delivery of the New Hospital Programme across various functions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
3. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards.
4. Plan and secure resources for the programme using appropriate tools and techniques.
5. Lead and manage the programme team, delegating tasks with clear roles and responsibilities.
6. Identify and manage risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies.
7. Ensure the programme remains on track, delivering on time and within budget, following relevant project management standards.
8. Maintain effective communication and engagement with stakeholders.
9. Monitor and report on programme progress using appropriate metrics.
10. Evaluate the impact and benefits of the programme with evidence-based methods.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven track record of delivering high-quality project management services across the full project lifecycle.
2. Post-graduate professional qualification in project management (internationally recognized).
3. Degree qualification, preferably in a related field.
4. Experience in health projects and/or major infrastructure programmes.
5. Commercially astute with experience of NEC contracts.
