Job Description

Turner & Townsend is a leading consultancy in the Infrastructure sector. We are seeking to recruit an Associate Director / Senior Cost Manager / Commercial Manager to take a lead role on a prestigious infrastructure project based out of our Manchester office.

We seek an experienced professional with extensive cost management expertise, ready to apply their knowledge in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable engaging in challenging conversations with a consultative approach, and capable of motivating their team and clients.

Main Responsibilities

• The Associate Director acts as the Commission Manager, overseeing end-to-end service delivery, especially for large or complex projects.
• Serve as the primary client interface, ensuring client objectives are achieved through delivering value-added cost management services.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualification preferred
• Experience with NEC3 contracts, especially Option C – Target Cost
• Post-contract administration experience
• Experience working on major programmes and projects
• Background in infrastructure sectors such as rail, air, utilities, or highways
• Proven leadership and team management skills
