We are seeking Senior Cost Managers to join our London-based Central and Local Government Cost Management Team supporting projects across central government. Candidates must have DV Security Clearance or be willing to obtain it. The role will include working on a Ministry of Defence project with a requirement to be working client side from a Central London location for three days per week. Our team handles a diverse range of projects for notable public sector organisations, including the refurbishment of listed buildings, office fit-out projects, and critical infrastructure.
This offer is contingent upon your successful completion of a security clearance process. Your employment with Turner & Townsend will be conditional upon obtaining and maintaining the required security clearance for the duration of your employment. This will include the Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) and Developed Vetting (DV). Please note that the security clearance process will involve background checks, interviews, and other assessments as deemed necessary by the relevant authorities. Failure to obtain the required security clearance or any issues arising during the clearance process may result in the withdrawal of this offer or termination of employment.
Typical duties for the Senior Cost Manager will include:
- Lead commercial delivery of various projects

- Manage cost variance and contract cash flow

Requirements:
- Excellent stakeholder communication
- 5+ years of diverse project experience
- Knowledge of NEC contracts and/or JCT

Qualifications:

- Degree or HNC level qualification
- Professional qualification desired (MRICS or similar)
- Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
