Associate Director MEP - Sport & Leisure Real Estate

Turner & Townsend alinea is hiring an Associate Director to join the MEP Real Estate team, supporting the growing Sports & Leisure sector. The role involves working on iconic sports and entertainment venues and masterplans, offering exciting development opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and delegate activities of the cost consultant team, including feasibility estimates, cost planning, contract procurement, tender documentation, tender evaluation, value engineering, commercial awareness, fee generation, dispute resolution, and post-contract management.
• Promote a safe and secure environment, championing the company\’s culture.
• Lead by example to ensure team engagement.
• Drive performance standards through expert communication and effective use of the performance management process.
• Work on diverse projects, evaluating and solving problems, advising on technical issues.
• Brief the team on project scope to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.
• Manage and regulate service delivery to achieve excellence.

Qualifications:

• A proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management/quantity surveying services within the MEP space.
• Professionally qualified (RICS or similar).
• Degree or HNC level qualification.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in delivering MEP elements of work for clients.
• Knowledge of and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below).
• Experience with digital software for cost management services.
• Commercially astute with good negotiation skills.
