Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one adult swimming lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, facility staff and management.
  • Attend regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions to expand swimming and triathlon knowledge.
  • Record client progress and maintain accurate notes.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment for clients, hotel guests and spa staff.
