Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one adult lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, facility staff and management.
  • Expand swimming and triathlon knowledge through regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions.
  • Record client progress.
  • Ensure a safe learning environment for clients, hotel guests and spa staff.
  • Report regularly to management.

Qualifications

  • Level2 qualified swimming teacher or coach.
  • Competitive aquatics background (club level or above).
