Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one adult lessons following the Turner Swim programme syllabus and teaching methods.
- Build strong relationships with clients, facility staff and management.
- Expand swimming and triathlon knowledge through regular Turner Swim instructor development sessions.
- Record client progress.
- Ensure a safe learning environment for clients, hotel guests and spa staff.
- Report regularly to management.
Qualifications
- Level2 qualified swimming teacher or coach.
- Competitive aquatics background (club level or above).
- Real passion for teaching and coaching swimming.
- Intelligence, charisma, enthusiasm and a keenness to learn.

Compensation and Schedule
- Full‑time role starting September2026.
- Expected earnings of £34,000 to £43,000 per annum.
- 5 days per week, including 1 weekend workday; two consecutive days off per week for the lower range of hours, or 5.5 days work for the higher range of hours.
- Opportunities to teach a broad range of adult clients one‑to‑one, from water‑phobic individuals to triathletes.
- Location
- 8 luxury hotels in London: Piccadilly, Waterloo, Tower Bridge, London City, Chelsea, Docklands, Holborn and St Paul’s.
- Expanding to Manchester, Glasgow and Dublin.
- Ongoing Training
- Lifesaving, open‑water phobia training, advanced stroke analysis and customer‑services training.
