The predicted salary is between 10 - 13 £ per hour.
We are looking to recruit a Trust Mobile Cleaning and Facilities Officer to join our team covering our schools in predominately Canterbury and occasionally Dover, accounting for both planned and unplanned staff absences.
Responsibilities
- Lock schools and perform all safety checks at the end of the day.
- Conduct ad-hoc repairs to the school building and grounds.
- Inspect and patrol the school building and grounds.
- Carry out cleaning duties including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins, cleaning corridors, toilet areas and all related duties.
- Move furniture and use heavy-duty cleaning equipment.
- Work with a can-do attitude and well within a team.
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of facilities and operational functions (desirable).
- Experience of working with, or willing to be trained in, the use of Computer Assisted Facilities Management Software (CAPM) (essential).
- Full Manual UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Own transport (desirable).
- Reliability and trustworthiness.

Working Hours
15 hours a week Monday – Friday 16:00 – 19:00. Term Time + 4 additional weeks (42 weeks in total).
