This is a key role for an experienced Electrical Engineer who is confident delivering both design and technical advisory services across a wide range of sectors including public sector, commercial, education and environmental projects. You will take ownership of electrical design from early feasibility through to detailed stages, while also supporting clients with technical advice, surveys and project delivery.
The Role
- Deliver electrical design from RIBA Stage 0 to 4
- Undertake feasibility studies and technical assessments
- Produce electrical drawings and full tender documentation
- Carry out electrical condition, PPM and pre-acquisition surveys
- Act as technical advisor to clients and support contractor design reviews
- Monitor electrical works on site, ensuring quality and compliance
- Work closely with internal teams to support project delivery and commercial outcomes
About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or similar; Chartered or working towards MCIBSE or equivalent.
- Strong experience delivering electrical design independently.
- Background in consultancy or site-based engineering.
- Experience in asset surveying and technical due diligence.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Revit would be beneficial.
- Strong client-facing and communication skills.
