This role offers an excellent opportunity to expand experience across diverse sectors, including tall buildings, student accommodation, education, and blue light projects, with exposure to regional and nationally significant schemes.

The Role

  • Deliver electrical design including calculations, reports and detailed solutions.
  • Use CAD and BIM tools including Revit to produce compliant designs.
  • Undertake design calculations to support technical solutions.
  • Carry out site surveys, inspections and defect reporting.
  • Review construction design details and provide technical input.
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers and contractors.
  • Attend project and technical meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and health & safety standards.

About You

  • Degree or equivalent in Building Services or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience delivering electrical design across RIBA stages.
  • Strong understanding of design calculations, drawings and specifications.
  • Experience with Revit and design tools such as Amtech (beneficial).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • Working towards or interested in professional registration.
