A leading Architecture firm is entering an exciting period of rapid growth and is looking to appoint another experienced Senior BR Principal Designer to play a key role in their fast-expanding team in the South East. This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Building Regs professional who wants to take on a senior position within a business that is investing heavily in its people, clients, and long-term vision.
Joining the team as BR Principal Designer, you will act as a key advisor on a diverse portfolio of projects across sectors including commercial, residential, education and heritage. You will lead on CDM and BR compliance, support clients in fulfilling their duties, and work closely with design teams to embed health and safety throughout the project lifecycle. You'll also play an important role in mentoring junior team members and helping shape Principal Design best practice as the consultancy continues to grow. There is a massive opportunity for growth within the business, opportunities to lead or build your own team and work up to Director level.
