Turner Property Recruitment are working with a leading global consultancy to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team in Scotland. This is a standout opportunity offering an initial client-side secondment (circa 18 months) with a globally recognised household brand, where you will take a lead role in delivering a new-build industrial facility. Following the secondment, you will transition back into the consultancy, supporting a strong and varied project pipeline.

The Role

  • Act as the client’s representative on a major industrial development
  • Lead the project from early stages through to completion
  • Manage consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
  • Oversee programme, cost and quality delivery
  • Operate within a live operational environment, engaging with internal teams

Post-secondment, you will:

  • Join a well-established consultancy team
  • Support delivery across a range of sectors
  • Play a key role in ongoing client relationships and growth

About You

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager within a consultancy environment
  • Strong NEC contract experience (essential)
  • Confident operating in a client-facing / client-side role
  • Experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, logistics or large-scale build projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Able to operate independently and represent the client at a senior level
