The role of the Senior Planner:
- Lead a variety of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, office, leisure, education, and heritage.
- Deliver high-quality planning services such as planning applications, planning project management, strategic development advisory, and site appraisals.
- Contribute to the continued expansion and success of the consultancy.
- Work closely with the leadership team, gaining exposure to business development and helping mentor more junior colleagues.

The Senior Planner:
- MRTPI qualified with 2+ years post-qualification experience.
