Turner Property Recruitment is exclusively representing a leading independent consultancy in their search for a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Leeds office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing cost consultancy team, working with some of the UK’s most prominent commercial clients including institutional investors and national property owners.

Your Role
- Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services, from feasibility through to final account.
- Support the growth and expansion of the cost consultancy service line across the northern region.
- Deliver procurement strategies and manage single and two-stage tendering processes.
- Develop and manage client relationships with high levels of autonomy.
- Drive performance against fee targets and contribute to wider business development initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- BSc in Quantity Surveying and MRICS qualified , with at least 3 years’ PQE.
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end cost consultancy services within the commercial property sector.
- Knowledge and experience of JCT contracts and procurement best practices.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to lead client meetings and represent the consultancy independently.
- A proactive team player with a commercial mindset and willingness to contribute to business development.
- Confident managing project values from £1m–£30m, across diverse property types.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members is a bonus.
