TheRole
AsaSeniorBuildingSurveyor,youwilltakeresponsibilityfordeliveringadiverserangeofsurveyingandprojectwork,buildingstrongclientrelationships,andsupportingjuniorteammembers.Thisisavariedpositionofferinggenuineautonomy,careerprogression,andexposuretohigh-qualityprojects.
KeyResponsibilities
- Leadthedeliveryofconstructionprojectsfrominceptionthroughtocompletion.
- Undertakebuildingsurveys,conditionsurveys,defectdiagnosisandtechnicalreportingacrossadiverseclientbase.
- ActasEmployer'sAgentandContractAdministrator,managingprojectsfromtenderthroughtofinalaccount.
- SupportthegrowthanddevelopmentoftheBuildingSurveyingteam,ensuringconsistentlyhighstandardsoftechnicaldeliveryandclientservice.
- Buildandmaintainstrongclientrelationships,providingexpertadviceondilapidations,plannedmaintenance,partywallmattersandwiderbuildingconsultancyservices.
- Mentorandsupportjuniorsurveyorswhileworkingcloselywithseniorleadershiptocontributetothecontinuedgrowthofthebusiness.
