A well-known building consultancy in London is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their expanding industrial team. They are looking to hire 2 Associates and a Senior Associate to support and strengthen their industrial sector work. This is a client-facing, project-focused role with opportunities to take ownership of projects, develop the role, and grow the industrial sector offering. There is a clear route to leadership and ultimately director-level progression for the right candidate. The role will involve contract administration and preparation of specifications on projects ranging from £600k to £5 million, primarily refurbishment works. While a chartered Building Surveyor background is desirable, it is not essential. The position is focused on project delivery, client management, and sector growth rather than surveying alone.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage industrial sector projects, ensuring delivery on time, budget, and to a high standard.
- Prepare and manage contract administration, specifications, and project documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, taking a proactive role in business development.
- Support growth of the industrial team, contributing to strategy and sector expansion.
- Take ownership of projects and opportunities, driving them independently with minimal red tape.
About You
- Chartered (RICS) preferred but not essential; candidates from a senior or associate project management background are welcome.

- Proven client-facing skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
