Responsibilitieswillincludecostplanningandestimating,procurementandtendermanagement,contractadministration,valuationandchangecontrol,andthepreparationoffinalaccounts.Youwillalsobeexpectedtobuildandmaintainstrongclientrelationshipswhilecontributingtothecontinuedgrowthofthehealthcaresectorwithinthebusiness.
Candidatesshouldhavedemonstrablequantitysurveyingexperiencewithinthehealthcaresector,excellentcommercialacumenandstrongcommunicationskills.Charteredstatus(MRICS)orprogresstowardschartershipisdesirablebutnotessential.
