This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking to work directly with senior decision-makers, take ownership of projects and accelerate their career within a fast-growing consultancy.
The Role
Working as part of an established Project & Cost Management team, you will be involved in the delivery of projects ranging from £2m to £200m across a variety of sectors including:
- Residential
- Healthcare
- Hotels & Leisure
- Industrial
- Commercial
- Offices
You will take responsibility for managing projects from inception through to completion, providing clients with expert commercial advice and ensuring successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing estimates, cost plans and tender documentation
- Cost monitoring, forecasting and reporting
- Providing strategic cost advice to clients
- Leading value engineering and value management exercises
- Managing procurement processes and tender evaluations
- Contract administration under JCT forms of contract
- Managing change control procedures
- Producing financial reports and final account forecasts
