The Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and ensuring successful outcomes across programme, cost and quality objectives. Working across a varied property portfolio, you will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
- Manage project programmes, governance, risk and reporting.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Monitor project performance against key commercial and delivery targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value.
- Support and mentor junior project management professionals.
- Contribute to business development activities and the continued growth of the consultancy.
About You
- Proven experience working within a construction or property consultancy environment.
- Strong track record of delivering projects across a variety of property sectors.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
- Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability.
- Stable employment history with evidence of career progression and project delivery success.
- Degree qualified in a relevant construction, property or project management discipline.
- Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent) is desirable.
