The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and ensuring successful outcomes across programme, cost and quality objectives. Working across a varied property portfolio, you will manage multiple stakeholders, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants and contractors.
  • Manage project programmes, governance, risk and reporting.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are achieved.
  • Monitor project performance against key commercial and delivery targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities to add value.
  • Support and mentor junior project management professionals.
  • Contribute to business development activities and the continued growth of the consultancy.

About You

  • Proven experience working within a construction or property consultancy environment.
  • Strong track record of delivering projects across a variety of property sectors.
  • Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrable experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Strong commercial awareness and risk management capability.
  • Stable employment history with evidence of career progression and project delivery success.
  • Degree qualified in a relevant construction, property or project management discipline.
  • Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB or equivalent) is desirable.
