The Role
- Delivering professional surveying services across a variety of projects
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, providing expert advice and guidance
- Conducting building surveys including defect analysis, condition surveys, and project monitoring
- Producing detailed reports, specifications, and recommendations for clients
- Managing projects independently, ensuring delivery to budget, programme, and quality standards
- Mentoring and supporting junior staff, contributing to team development
- Collaborating with colleagues across the practice to ensure consistent service quality

- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor, or working towards chartership
- Strong experience in a consultancy or professional surveying environment
