Turner Property Recruitment is seeking an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join a growing team in Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career, up to Associate Director level, within a dynamic and commercially-focused property consultancy.
The role involves working primarily within the industrial sector, managing a varied portfolio of properties. It is client-facing and professional services focused, offering the opportunity to lead projects, provide technical expertise, and contribute to business growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and delivering building surveying projects across industrial assets
- Conducting building surveys, condition assessments and preparing detailed reports
- Diagnosing defects and providing recommendations for remedial works
- Preparing specifications, schedules of works and cost estimates
- Managing client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate
About you:
- MRICS qualified or equivalent Chartered status
- Proven experience in building surveying within the industrial sector
- Experience managing projects and client relationships at a senior level
- Commercially aware with a proactive approach to winning work
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent report writing skills
