The Role
- Acting as Building Regulations Principal Designer across a variety of projects
- Advising clients, contractors, and design teams on compliance with Building Regulations
- Producing Designer Risk Assessments, Risk Registers, and compliance documentation
- Attending design team meetings and resolving regulatory compliance issues
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to quality standards and project delivery
