The Role
As Associate Director, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of projects whilst leading and developing a team of quantity surveyors. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance, develop key client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the delivery of Quantity Surveying and Project Management commissions across a range of sectors.
- Managing and developing key client accounts.
- Supporting the growth and strategic direction of the business.
- Leading, mentoring and developing junior and senior team members.
- Resource planning and management of project teams.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality and service.
About You
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management or a related discipline.
- MRICS qualified.
- Extensive consultancy, contractor or client-side experience.
- Proven track record delivering large and complex projects.
- Experience managing teams and developing staff.
- Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
- Established client-facing and relationship management skills.
- Ambitious, driven and capable of contributing to the continued growth of the business.
