The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest standards. The workload will be primarily residential‑focused, so experience within this sector would be highly desirable, though not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multiple predominantly residential projects from inception to completion
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
  • Coordinate design teams and wider project stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
  • Support and mentor junior team members where appropriate
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Project Management role within consultancy, client‑side, or construction environments
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle
