The successful candidate will take a leading role in managing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage multiple predominantly residential projects from inception to completion
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk registers
- Coordinate design teams and wider project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and report on key milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
