Turner Property Recruitment are delighted to be exclusively assisting their client in the search for an MEP Engineer to join their London team in a pivotal, first-of-its-kind hire. This is a unique opportunity to become the first in-house MEP specialist within a well-established consultancy, giving you the platform to shape, build and lead a new service line from the ground up. The role offers a blend of technical design, project management and strategic input, with clear progression into a leadership position as the service grows.
Role
- Act as the in-house MEP specialist across a range of projects
- Provide technical design input across RIBA stages
- Support and lead MEP elements of project delivery from a PM perspective
- Review and manage external consultants and contractor designs
- Advise clients on building services strategy, performance and delivery
- Oversee installation, commissioning and quality on site
- Develop and grow the MEP offering into a standalone service line
- Support business development and client engagement
About You
- Degree qualified in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
- Experience within consultancy environment
- Strong understanding of both design and project delivery
- Comfortable working across RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Client-facing with strong communication and commercial awareness
- Ambitious and motivated to build and lead a new service offering
- Chartered or working towards is desirable
