Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading property consultancy to appoint an Associate Director specialising in Technical Due Diligence for its London office.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to take a leading role in delivering high-quality acquisition and disposal due diligence instructions across a diverse commercial property portfolio.

You will advise investors, lenders and occupiers, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of an established and highly regarded team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals within a commercial property portfolio.
  • Advise investors, lenders and occupiers on due diligence findings and implications.
  • Manage key client relationships and communicate complex information clearly and commercially.
  • Support business development initiatives and contribute to the growth strategy of the service line.
  • Mentor junior colleagues and play an active role in shaping the future direction of the team.

Qualifications

  • MRICS status.
  • Proven track record in technical due diligence within the commercial property sector.
  • Strong report writing skills and sound technical knowledge.
  • Ability to manage multiple instructions simultaneously while providing commercially astute advice.
  • Willingness to contribute to business development and team leadership.
