This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to take a leading role in delivering high-quality acquisition and disposal due diligence instructions across a diverse commercial property portfolio.
You will advise investors, lenders and occupiers, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of an established and highly regarded team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of technical due diligence for acquisitions and disposals within a commercial property portfolio.
- Advise investors, lenders and occupiers on due diligence findings and implications.
- Manage key client relationships and communicate complex information clearly and commercially.
