Turner Property Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a leading global construction and property consultancy to recruit a Project Manager for a long-term capital investment programme based on one of Scotland's most significant operational estates.

This is a rare opportunity to join a collaborative Building Surveying team delivering a diverse portfolio of refurbishment, infrastructure and estate improvement projects in a client-facing environment. You'll oversee schemes from inception through to completion, working closely with stakeholders and contractors to ensure successful delivery.

The Role

  • Managing multiple capital projects across a live operational estate.
  • Managing projects through the full project lifecycle.
  • Administering and delivering projects under NEC contracts.
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and client stakeholders.
  • Managing programme, cost, quality and risk.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Reporting progress and providing professional project management advice.

About You

We're keen to speak with candidates from a range of backgrounds, including consultancy, client-side or contractor organisations. You'll ideally have:

  • Project management experience within the built environment.
  • Experience delivering refurbishment, CAPEX or estate improvement projects.
  • Working knowledge of NEC contracts.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A relevant construction qualification (APM, RICS, CIOB or equivalent desirable).
