Turner Property Recruitment are working with a leading international property and construction consultancy that is looking to make two strategic appointments within its growing Belfast Cost Management team:

  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor
  • Senior Quantity Surveyor

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established consultancy at an exciting stage of growth. The successful candidates will initially work across major local authority and healthcare commissions, alongside a varied portfolio of projects across multiple sectors.

The consultancy is looking for ambitious Quantity Surveyors who enjoy taking responsibility for projects, developing strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Belfast team.

You will ideally have:

  • Consultancy/PQS experience
  • Strong pre- and post-contract cost management experience
  • Experience managing projects and client relationships
  • MRICS status for the Chartered-level appointment, or progress towards chartership
  • A desire to develop your career within a growing team

The roles will be based in Belfast, although candidates currently based in Dublin who are comfortable working across the region will also be considered.
