Flexible Location – Central England. Locations are flexible across Central England, with strong consideration given to candidates in Manchester, Birmingham, Sheffield, Leeds, Nottingham, Leicester and surrounding areas.
Role
- Managing projects from feasibility through to completion and post-handover
- Working across high-volume industrial and distribution centre programmes
- Attending client and site meetings across multiple projects
- Preparing progress reports and managing project documentation
- Managing project costs from scope through to final account
- Supporting procurement, contract administration and programme delivery
- Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors
Requirements
- NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge desirable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Well organised, commercially aware and proactive approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
