Turner Property Recruitment is partnering with a well-established multi-disciplinary consultancy to recruit Building Surveyors at Chartered to Senior level in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for surveyors at any stage of their career to join a dynamic and growing team delivering a diverse range of projects.
The Role
You will deliver building surveying services across a variety of sectors including residential, rail, education, and healthcare, with additional involvement in commercial and mixed-use schemes. The role offers exposure to inspections, measured surveys, defect diagnosis, and the preparation of reports and specifications. There is also strong involvement in fire remediation projects, making experience in this area highly desirable. You will have the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes while developing your expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment. The consultancy places a strong emphasis on professional development, offering structured support for APC, AssocRICS, and MRICS candidates, alongside clear progression routes for more experienced surveyors.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct building inspections, measured surveys, and defect analysis
- Deliver fire remediation and building safety-related projects

- Provide professional advice on maintenance, refurbishment, and repair works
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes

About You
- MRICS, AssocRICS, APC-level, or a graduate with a relevant surveying qualification
