TheOpportunity

AsanAssociateDirector,yourresponsibilitieswillinclude:

• Leadingthedeliveryofprofessionalandproject-ledBuildingSurveyingservices.
• Managingkeyclientrelationshipsandensuringexceptionalservicedelivery.
• UndertakingarangeofBuildingSurveyinginstructionsincludingcontractadministration,projectmanagement,technicalduediligence,dilapidations,buildingpathology,andconditionsurveys.
• Supportingbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandidentifyingopportunitiesforgrowth.
• Assistinginthedevelopmentandmentoringofjuniorandintermediatesurveyors.
• ContributingtoteamleadershipandhelpingdrivethecontinuedsuccessoftheLeedsoffice.
• WorkingcloselywithDirectorsandseniorstakeholderstosupportwiderbusinessobjectives.
